How to Choose the Right Shoe Size?

Shoe sizes are not standardized and therefore often vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. To determine your correct shoe size, it is best to use our size scale for orientation, which is displayed on every product page of our collection. Using these guidelines, you can determine the shoe size that is right for you.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change my information afterwards?

Where are your shoes manufactured?

The elaborate production of our luxurious men's shoe collection is entrusted to the experienced shoemakers in our manufacturing facility in Spain, where the noble craft of shoemaking has always been at home. The current company headquarters, along with our own Heinrich Dinkelacker store, is located in the Swabian town of Bietigheim-Bissingen.

How can I register?

To register, click on the menu field "Log in or Register". There you can register as a new customer with us. If you have already added items to your shopping cart, you can simply proceed to checkout. The system will also offer you a new registration in this case. Then follow the instructions described there.

How secure is shopping at Heinrich Dinkelacker?

I forgot my password. What can I do?

What payment options are available?

Our website offers you a variety of payment options. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There, you can select your preferred payment method. We offer the option to pay by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, and advance payment. Please note: In the case of the payment method "advance payment", we can only ship the goods to you once the due amount has been credited to our account.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €249, there are no additional shipping costs for you. For orders under a value of €249, we charge shipping costs of €4.95.

Why am I not receiving a confirmation email after placing an order?

You may have made a small typo when entering your email address. Sometimes our order confirmation may also have been classified in the spam folder of your mailbox. How can I return the ordered items?

The Heinrich Dinkelacker shoes you ordered do not fit or meet your expectations? Or do you want to return the ordered accessories? Our 14-day return period allows for an uncomplicated return. In case of a return, there are no return costs for you if you use our return label. If you do not use our return label and send the items back to us as "self-franked" or "unpaid" packages, you will be responsible for the incurred costs.

The articles were damaged during delivery. What now?

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Our service includes fast and uncomplicated delivery. If your order is received and paid by us on weekdays before 12pm, we can process and ship it to you on the same day. Two to three days later, your order will be delivered to you, provided it is a German delivery address. For shipments to Switzerland and Austria, the average delivery time is two to four days.

How and when will I be notified if an item is out of stock?

We already show you the availability of our range on the product pages. If the desired item is currently not available, you can easily pre-order it. As soon as the items are available again, we will process your order immediately.
