Cordovan Leather, also known as Shell Cordovan or Horse Leather, is widely considered to be the most noble and durable leather used for crafting high-quality shoes. The shiny horse leather defines a particularly dense surface and a special shine, which reveals its origin to the connoisseur at first glance. Specifically tailored to the demands of this noble leather is the Cordovan care cream from the French traditional line Saphir Médaille d'Or, which refreshes the color, nourishes the leather, and maintains its unique shine. Before application, first remove any dust and coarse dirt from the leather using a cleaning cloth or brush. Then, sparingly apply the Cordovan care cream, which is based on beeswax, with an application brush or cloth onto the upper leather of your shoes. Allow the care product to dry and then polish the surface with a polishing brush until you achieve your preferred level of shine.
